When the project was first conceived, RLA Global carried out the original feasibility study in collaboration with strategic partner Riyan Itani of Global Branded Residences, laying the strategic groundwork that would give the development its foundation. Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua brings together immersive wellness, world-class hospitality, and an expansive experiential offering authentically rooted in the rhythm of the Caribbean. As a pioneering project for the country, it sets a new benchmark for beachfront luxury and branded residences in the region.
